United States law
In the US, airguns are not considered by federal law to be firearms, and are generally legal for an adult to possess and use
- On one's property with a proper backstop
- At a proper gun range with all the appropriate safety devices, or
- On public land where shooting with a proper backstop is allowed. Specific state laws and/or city ordinances may say otherwise.
It is the sole responsibility of the end-user to check all local laws prior to purchasing and using an airgun in their area. Daystate LTD, nor its agents, are responsible for the enforcement of these laws or any violations.
