Roll in the Juggernaut – an airgun slug with a better Ballistic Coefficient than a pellet!

The Rangemaster Juggernaut Slug is configured around a bullet shape. So it has a far superior Ballistic Coefficient compared to a conventional airgun pellet. What this means in practice is that the slug retains much more energy at extreme ranges. Actually, it will outperform any airgun pellet in terms of its residual energy.

Our new Juggernaut Slug has been developed in conjunction with the Daystate Accuracy Research Team (A.R.T). However, the A.R.T team didn’t have an easy time of it because initial trials revealed it’s not always so easy to get better results! The R&D program ran over schedule but, thankfully, they stuck at it.

And the Rangemaster Juggernaut slug is the team’s answer producing phenomenal accuracy. Right out to 100 meters and beyond, in fact.

The Juggernaut .22 and .25 now joins a range of 19 other pellets in the Rangemaster line. Each slug/pellet type is given it’s own sub-brand relating to the power it is recommended for:

Precision-made to exacting tolerances, the Rangemaster Kaiser, Sovereign, Sovereign Hunter, King,  Emperor pellets, and now Juggernaut, between them cover:

• Calibers from .177 to .30 (4.5 to 7.62mm)  and
• Weights from 8.44 to 50.15 grains (0.547 to 3.240 grams)

Plus, each of the Rangemaster types has been specially matched to suit specific purposes:

• Short- and long-range hunting
• Field Target and Hunter Field Target
• Benchrest competition

Furthermore, Rangemasters’ ballistic configurations cater for air rifles that produce sub-12ft/lbs (16J) power output to those in excess of 100+ft/lbs (135+J).

Supplied in new, easily-identifiable colour-coded tins (of 150 to 500 according to type/calibre), Rangemaster is the line that’s got every shooting scenario covered.
