Suitability

The Daystate Ultra Firing Valve is suitable for High Power and FAC-rated models only. So you will need to state your rifle’s serial number when ordering to confirm suitability.

Please note that fitting the Ultra Valve to a sub-12ft/lb Daystate Alpha Wolf or Delta Wolf is possible. However, it will not bring any performance benefits.

Installing the Ultra Firing Valve

Daystate recommends that this upgrade is only undertaken by Authorized Service Centers. However, if you consider yourself competent enough, please refer to our Alpha / Delta Wolf Disassembly Guide. Additionally, we have produced a step-by-step workshop video guide for the fitting of the Ultra Valve.

Please note that you will require the correct Valve Removal Tool to fit the Ultra Firing Valve upgrade.

Another great video. I got into the hobby during lockdown. My first gun was the Varmint version of the RM8 UC, which was a very good starting point. By coincidence, I recently upgraded to the Daystate Huntsman Revere Safari! While the RM8 was good, the Daystate is just so much better, demonstrating that sometimes you really do get what you pay for! I, too, use QYS domed and also get fantastic accuracy. I don't think I will ever need to buy another air rifle!
