For benchrest and target shooters who wish to support the rear of the rifle at the butt, or in other situations where the rifle needs to be firmly anchored. It is often used in conjunction with a Bag Rider attachment (not included).

Made from lightweight black-anodized 6082 aluminium, it works in conjunction with the Adjustable GEN4 Butt Pad with Monopod attachment. (The Monopod support is replaced with this item.)

The system offers quick release capability, along with height adjustment.

for use with Bag Rider attachment on GEN4 Butt Pad

The Daystate Monopod Picatinny Adapter Rail is used in conjunction with the GEN4 Butt Pad with monopod. It allows the use of the rear Bag Rider. Benchrest and target shooters use this system to support the rear of the rifle at the butt. Additionally it is useful for other situations where you need to firmly anchor the rifle.

Designed by PRS exclusively for Daystate, this item replaces the Monopod and rubber foot support with a Picatinny base rail, onto which the Bag Rider foot fits. The system offers quick release capability, as well as with rapid height adjustment.

Lightweight construction

Precision machined from 6082 aluminium to keep weight to a minimum. A CNC-machined accessory plate matches the Picatinny standard. So, numerous accessories will fit. Also anodized for toughness, the black finish complements the look of your Daystate PCP. For solidity, hex-head bolts are used throughout.

Easy to fit

The Daystate Monopod Picatinny Adapter Rail simply fits to the GEN4 Butt Pad in place of the existing monopod/foot assembly. It is easy to fit.

NOTE:

The Daystate Monopod Picatinny Adapter Rail does NOT come with the Bag Rider (the ‘foot’), which you will need to acquire separately in the shop (here). This truly is an amazing air rifle, I’ve had and shot a few in the past five years but I can honestly say this is the absolute best and most comfortable I’ve ever shot and that stock is to die for and because of this I’ve put in an order for the Walnut stock version of the same gun and will be parting with both my Air Arms HFT 500 and my BSA R12 as I feel I do not want to shoot any other rifle than this from now on. I have three Daystate rifles! What has kept me with Daystate is that they do look after the L/H er and produce lightweight rifles with supreme accuracy. They use pellets from the tin, with no weighing or special pellet selection.

Another great video. I got into the hobby during lockdown. My first gun was the Varmint version of the RM8 UC, which was a very good starting point. By coincidence, I recently upgraded to the Daystate Huntsman Revere Safari! While the RM8 was good, the Daystate is just so much better, demonstrating that sometimes you really do get what you pay for! I, too, use QYS domed and also get fantastic accuracy. I don't think I will ever need to buy another air rifle!
