Factory official stock for Daystate Genus 40th Anniversary limited edition PCP – only available while stocks remain. Right-handed in brown and grey laminate, with fish scale chequering, rollover cheekpiece. Extended forestock with capped forestock and grip; 40th Anniversary medallion in base of grip cap. Comes complete with XL cylinder for fitting to standard Huntsman Regal and Revere models.

Daystate Genus 40th Anniversary Stock

Right-handed Sporter in laminate for XL Huntsman Regal / Revere

This Daystate Genus 40th Anniversary Stock only fits the celebratory Huntsman PCP. Because the Genus was a one-off special edition, very few replacement parts will ever be available. This factory original stock replacement can be purchased as a spare for the original special edition PCP air rifle.

However, this stock also comes complete with the XL (extra long) air cylinder. Therefore, it could also fit the action of a Daystate Huntsman Regal or Revere PCP air rifle when fitted with this XL cylinder. We recommend an authorised Daystate Service Center upgrades a standard Regal / Revere action to XL status. Note: The Genus stock will not fit either the Daystate Huntsman Regal or Revere with a normal length cylinder. The 40th Anniversary Daystate Genus model was supplied only in Huntsman XL format, with an extra long cylinder. (53mm longer).

Construction – Stock

The Daystate Genus 40th Anniversary Stock made from brown and grey laminated birch wood. Right-handed only. It sports a raised comb with a rollover cheekpiece. Also, the forend is extended to accommodate the XL cylinder.

Both the grip and forend feature palisander caps, with white line spacers. Additionally, there are panels of chequering in a fish scale pattern. Besides aiding grip, these also help the stock stand out from the crowd.

The grip has a gentle rake and palm swell, while the butt sports a ventilated recoil pad. The Daystate name and logo are etched into either side of the forestock. The base of the grip has the 40th Anniversary embedded into it.

Note: No fixing bolts are supplied with this stock. You will need to use the existing hardware. Also, the laminate pattern will differ slightly from one stock to the next.

Construction – XL Cylinder

The Genus stock will only fit the Huntsman Genus model, or a Regal / Revere action fitted with an XL cylinder. So, to convert a standard Huntsman Regal or Revere model, this stock listing also includes a new XL cylinder. This cylinder is 53mm longer. It is supplied with all the necessary O-rings to fit. (Parts like manometer will be re-used from original cylinder.)

Compatibility

The Daystate Genus 40th Anniversary Stock will only fit the Daystate Genus celebratory model. However, it will fit a Huntsman Regal or Huntsman Revere action when fitted with the supplied XL Cylinder.

Another great video. I got into the hobby during lockdown. My first gun was the Varmint version of the RM8 UC, which was a very good starting point. By coincidence, I recently upgraded to the Daystate Huntsman Revere Safari! While the RM8 was good, the Daystate is just so much better, demonstrating that sometimes you really do get what you pay for! I, too, use QYS domed and also get fantastic accuracy. I don't think I will ever need to buy another air rifle!
