DELTA WOLF CHALENGE – Terms & Conditions:

 

GENERAL RULES

• All entries must be made using the relevant online form, accessible only via the official Daystate website, www.daystate.com
• Entry to the prize draw is free; no purchase is necessary
• A single Delta Wolf PCP air rifle is being offered as a prize
• The prize draw is open to entrants worldwide
• All entrants must be aged 18 years or over; the winner(s) will be required to submit an age declaration and/or proof of age (see ‘eligibility’ below)
• Only one entry per person is allowed
• To qualify for the prize draw, entries must be clear and correct
• Prize draw closes on 1 June (subject to possible change due to current CORVID19 emergency), 2020 at 12:00 GMT
• By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact sales@daystate.com
• Daystate Ltd will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid or damaged, regardless of cause
• Daystate Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Daystate Ltd reserves the right to void, suspend or amend this prize draw at its discretion, or due to prevailing circumstances

 

ELIGIBILITY

• As you are entering a draw to win an airgun you must be over 18 years of age at the closing date. The winner will be required to submit an age declaration and/or proof of age
• For countries where airgun acquisition is conditional, or require the winner to hold a licence, the winner must provide proof of eligibility to accept the prize within 30 days of being awarded the prize. Failure to do so will forfeit the right to the prize, and Daystate Ltd will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described herein
• Where practical or possible, Daystate Ltd will adapt the rifle to fit in with the winner’s local laws
• Daystate Ltd reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw
• Employees of Daystate Ltd, Brocock or MTC Optics, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw, are prohibited from entering the prize draw

 

THE DRAW

• The winner will be chosen as soon as finalised ‘highest power/energy’ specifications as required for the basis of the prize draw are issued by Daystate Ltd. REVISION (31 MARCH 2019): Please note that due to the challenges presented by COVID-19, a competition closing date will be extended until such time that Daystate Ltd’s stringing power/energy testing can be completed and the relevant figures officially released.
• To determine the factory-official highest power/energy level of the Delta Wolf in each of the four calibres, Daystate will use typical/most appropriate test pellets

• The winner will receive a Daystate Delta Wolf air rifle of a calibre, colour and specification as determined by Daystate Ltd and national law in the winner’s country
• The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) immediately after the draw, or in any case within seven days of being chosen; the winner must then provide a full postal address details (and any other required information as necessary) to claim their prize.
• If the winner does not respond to Daystate Ltd within 30 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Daystate Ltd will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described herein
• The prize will be sent to a Daystate importer or appointed gun shop near to the winner in a reasonable space of time, or they may collect from Daystate’s Staffordshire (UK) premises on notification of the prize being ready for collection
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no cash alternative is offered.
• Daystate Ltd reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the companies control makes it necessary to do so
• The decision of Daystate Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into
• The winner’s name state, county and country can be obtained up to 60 days after the closing date of the prize draw by sending an email to sales@daystate.com

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Insofar as is permitted by law, Daystate Ltd, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of Daystate Ltd, its agents or distributors or that of their employees
• Your statutory rights are not affected

 

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

• Daystate Ltd is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms & Conditions
• By entering, you agree that any personal information provided with your entry by you may be held and used by Daystate Ltd or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition

 

GOVERNING LAW

• All our prize draws and/or competitions are governed by English law, and entrants to this prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts

 

REVISIONS

Daystate Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the official website, www.daystate.com
